"I made a claim for wind damage on a 2022 Nissan Pro4X 2 months ago. Chipped windshield, front grille, broke front camera, chipped paint deeply, ripped up the hood visor, etc. We had the option to get an estimate in network or out of network. I chose out of network because the one that was in network was booked 2+ months out. The out of network got us in within 1-2 weeks. They took 60+ photos and sent me the estimate. I submitted everything to State Farm. They did not like the estimate, so they sent an adjuster back to the place we took it, so he could view the truck with them. State Farm denied our claim and said that it was everyday wear/tear. I drive 4 miles 1 way to my job from my home and 4 miles back. This is all in town. I have not received 1 call since February about my claim. I've had to call every single time. My husband called today and said they needed to do something because there is no way it is wear and tear on a 2022 vehicle. I talked to Cynthia and she said to take it to their preferred repair shop. I asked her if I can take it out of network because I knew they were going to try to low ball us again. She said yes but it would probably get denied again. I asked if I took it to their preferred repair shop for a 2nd opinion, if they had to repair it and she said yes. So, we have the option to choose out of network but at the same time we don't have the option to choose out of network. This is the worst insurance I have ever had. I have 4 vehicles with them and I will definitely be looking for insurance elsewhere, even if I have to pay more."

"We recently moved to Amarillo from Aurora CO. Jeff helped us to switch from our previous insurance company to State Farm and was willing to stay after hours so that we could meet after I got off of work. He was able to find us affordable insurance for our automobiles and home at a lesser amount than what we were paying."

"State Farm has the most user friendly system for filing claims I have ever used or heard of. They also keep you updated on the progress of your claim. They arranged for a rental car for me. All I had to do was pick up the rental car. Each event in processing your claim is documented on State Farm app. That eliminates a lot of worry and questions. I very much appreciate how State Farm deals with their clients. When I had questions Jeff Gilbert or the claims manager was easy to reach by phone and could always answer any questions. Thank you Jeff Gilbert and State Farm!"
