"We have used this guy for several years and have had nothing but slow response times, non caring standoffish approach to our needs. First is thier State Farm corporate sending out the insurance cards, only can purchase 6 months at a time and he is never available to answer the phone on at least six occasions I can remember. However the biggest faults of the lack of organization in the admin section. Many times we have had mistakes on the coverage we requested verses having different due dates on our pile of insured items.( House, three cars, skidsteer, CanAm buggy). Normally I wouldn’t have bothered with any review, however last week my pickup was hit hard and I had to take it directly to the body shop because my rear axle was bent. ( Now I’m basically 1st class walking. ) I filed my State Farm claim and only a whole week later a rep finally called me after I finally cancelled the claim . Yes I had found that the other person had Farmers insurance and they reacted quickly with a rental immediately and sent an adjuster to the body shop. My State Farm agent Jeff Gilbert never did squat for me nor did he even call me for a reach around on things. When I can find a new insurance company and agent I’m closing all my State Farm accounts here real soon."

"I made a claim for wind damage on a 2022 Nissan Pro4X 2 months ago. Chipped windshield, front grille, broke front camera, chipped paint deeply, ripped up the hood visor, etc. We had the option to get an estimate in network or out of network. I chose out of network because the one that was in network was booked 2+ months out. The out of network got us in within 1-2 weeks. They took 60+ photos and sent me the estimate. I submitted everything to State Farm. They did not like the estimate, so they sent an adjuster back to the place we took it, so he could view the truck with them. State Farm denied our claim and said that it was everyday wear/tear. I drive 4 miles 1 way to my job from my home and 4 miles back. This is all in town. I have not received 1 call since February about my claim. I've had to call every single time. My husband called today and said they needed to do something because there is no way it is wear and tear on a 2022 vehicle. I talked to Cynthia and she said to take it to their preferred repair shop. I asked her if I can take it out of network because I knew they were going to try to low ball us again. She said yes but it would probably get denied again. I asked if I took it to their preferred repair shop for a 2nd opinion, if they had to repair it and she said yes. So, we have the option to choose out of network but at the same time we don't have the option to choose out of network. This is the worst insurance I have ever had. I have 4 vehicles with them and I will definitely be looking for insurance elsewhere, even if I have to pay more."
